Fam-O-Ween!

On October 27, the charming children of Cathedral Shelter were replaced by creatures of all sorts from a ladybug and a cheerleader to a death eater and a vampire. There was even a shark who had eaten someone. Thank goodness Superman was there to keep everyone safe!
Parents and children got sticky together as they made caramel apples. Children selected their costumes and parents helped with the face-painting finishing touches. Each child showed off during an informal costume parade where treats were passed out. At the end of the party each family got to decorate a pumpkin or were able to take it home to carve into a jack-o-lantern.
